With a background in composites and coatings, T.F. has implemented, established, and maintained regulatory standards such as AS9100, ISO9001, EASA/CAA Part 21G, EASA/CAA Part 145, and Nadcap for major Aerospace and defence companies.

T.F is a Chartered Quality professional with broad experience in managing customer expectations and supply chains to ensure the delivery of conforming products and services. He has an exceptional record in providing quality and technical solutions to the most complicated NPI and existing projects.T.F is a specialist in reducing cost and eliminating defects using Lean and Six-sigma methodology. T.F holds a BEng in Aerospace Engineering, a Six-Sigma black belt and a Level 2 in Ultrasonic and Eddy current Non-destructive testing.
